DIMY—MYDI fostered a dynamic transnational learning environment, bringing together over 135 students and 20 Faculty members from across Europe. Through workshops, field trips, and training sessions, participants explored how mythology and digital media influence collective understanding and societal frameworks. These activities encouraged dialogue, experience-sharing, and collaborative exploration, providing fresh perspectives on the role of traditional mythologies in shaping society’s past, present, and future.

Five week-long workshops, each hosted by a partner institute, formed the backbone of DIMY-MYDI activities. These sessions reimagined mythology through digital tools and platforms, producing innovative interpretations relevant to contemporary life. Combining group research, visual interpretation, interactive storytelling, and technological experimentation, participants engaged with themes such as play, spirituality, identity, nature, and the body. They gained critical insights into how storytelling and digital media influence cultural frameworks and shape modern identities. Key insights were later shared with wider audiences.
